Not much….

     I have managed to keep the weight off with one to two slim-fasts a day, I still enjoy all my favorite foods, just in moderation. I am learning to cook better foods.

     I still haven’t found a full time job and I finished school last month. Wow it’s alot harder than I thought, I thought I could get5 a good job but everyone wants someone with experience.

    I can’t believe how easy it has been to keep the weight off now that I lost it!!

Still alive and Kickin’ butt!

     Hello, everyone! If you haven’t seen my profile, I reached my goal weight and so far I have been able to keep it off. It is A lot of more work than reaching the goal. I still can’t believe I did it. Anyone want to know how? Slimfast for breakfast, slimfast and 200 calories for lunch and a simple dinner of 300-600 calories, snacks of fruits and veggies.

    I went home last week for the first time in 5 years. That was the best thing ever and my future hubby came with me to meet everyone!! He keeps telling how proud of me he is.

    I wish everyone my best and I am here for you if you want to chat!!

Please Hurry Spring!!

I haven’t blogged for a while so I thought I had better let ya’ll know how I am doing. I love school! Teacher says I am going good. I do wish the classes were more than once a week. But don’t we always complain about what we don’t have and forget what we have been blessed with.

As far as exersicing is going I Haven’t been able to do much with the weather rollercoaster! I have been dooing alot of pilates, yoga and stretching and walking when its warm. Even my hubby is doing the slimfast thing. And he has been doing sit-ups, push -ups. Don’t know whats gotten into him but I like it!

Just an update

Hey I am still alive, been doing alot of catching up since I started classes  1 week behind everyone else. But being laid off I get alot of lab time and a little extra help. I am learning so much and this could not have come at a better time. I really hope the economy turns around so everyone can get back to work and maybe I can find the job I want.

More Awesome News!!!!

    I went to the unemployment office today, cause no-one ever came to talk to us at work. I am now starting school TOMORROW!!! I have been wanting to go back forever but knew I’d never have the money. And with this program the whole thing is paid for!! Can it get any more cool? I was so excited when I came home I thought I was gonna burst!

 I had just happened to mention that I wanted something in either office or computers, well this one does both! it’s called Office Management Specialist that covers everything office and database, web design.

Wow what happened?! HappyCan that smile get any bigger?! 

what a great weekend.

 Valentine heart plant I had a wonderful Valentines day! I asked my boyfriend to marry me and he said he’d think about it, so it wasn’t a definate no, actually he said he’d been thinking about it for sometime.

I can’t believe that even tho  pigged out (on healthy stuff) this weekend. But kept up with my exercises, I lost another 2 lbs. funny how things happen when your not looking for them to happen! Gives me more confience when I feel like going back to bed!! Tired 

Friday the 13th

GrrrAnyone feeling the effects of what day it is? I am!!=( My man got laid off yesterday so he is very depressed, it’s s’posed to snow today and what other icing can I put on it? I can’t believe how bad things have gotten and I don’t see the light at the end of this dark tunnel anytime soon. Thank God we do have assistance out there or we’d really be in hell! Wow can you tell it’s a bad day? sorry for woe is me whining!!

I am not giving up on anything! I have Faith and my slimbuddies!

first-timer

After making my weekly schedule and putting it where I have to look at it. I went joging yestersay. Mind you I’ve never done any jogging just waliking. Boy am I feeling it today. My legs are killing me everytime I move and I didn’t even jog that much. I did 5 min then walk 2 then jog 5 etc.etc. By the time I got back home my throat and lungs were burning and I was covered in sweat! I said man I think I did too much of that! But tomorrow I will go at it again no matter how bad it hurts. Ouch

I am trying to lose a few pounds and get into shape, but my hubby is overweight and loves to eat. So I was wondering do I make 2 meals, one for me and one meal for him? He can only stand so much chicken and fish. Hell I could eat it everyday! I want him to get healthy too, but I’m sure everyone knows that’s like pulling teeth! I need some kind of ideas. How can I get more fish and chicken in? Lastnight we had meatloaf topped with mashed potatoes and chees. I had half of a 3/4 inch slice. Not enough to fill me up, but Ididn’t feel guilty for eating too much! Feed Me

help!!

How is everyone sending these booster notes with pics? I copy the code and paste it in the booster box. All I see when I goto see if they got my pic, I see the code?? why can’t I get this to work for me? do I need to copy them to my computer then add them? Someone please help me whith this.

Schedule

   I decided that if I wanted to stick with a plan to see results I have to see it in front of me, so I went and bought a piece of posterboard and made up a work-out schedule and taped it up on the wall where I have to look at it! I did make it out for 6 days a week but on Sat and Sun theres just warm-ups and walking. The big ones are during the week.

   I am not looking forward to jogging today. I have a feeling I am not going to get a full 1/2 hour cuase it is sooo windy today. I will try to go as far as I can. I know if I want to see any new results and get out of this plateau I need to mix it up and thats why I made up the weekly chart. well wish me luck!
