After making my weekly schedule and putting it where I have to look at it. I went joging yestersay. Mind you I’ve never done any jogging just waliking. Boy am I feeling it today. My legs are killing me everytime I move and I didn’t even jog that much. I did 5 min then walk 2 then jog 5 etc.etc. By the time I got back home my throat and lungs were burning and I was covered in sweat! I said man I think I did too much of that! But tomorrow I will go at it again no matter how bad it hurts. 
I am trying to lose a few pounds and get into shape, but my hubby is overweight and loves to eat. So I was wondering do I make 2 meals, one for me and one meal for him? He can only stand so much chicken and fish. Hell I could eat it everyday! I want him to get healthy too, but I’m sure everyone knows that’s like pulling teeth! I need some kind of ideas. How can I get more fish and chicken in? Lastnight we had meatloaf topped with mashed potatoes and chees. I had half of a 3/4 inch slice. Not enough to fill me up, but Ididn’t feel guilty for eating too much!
